Information you give us

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the topic you pick and the message you send. We use them to reply to you. If you also tick the box to get our emails, we add your address to our email list, and you can unsubscribe at any time. When you sign up for our emails, we collect your email address and send the short series of emails you asked for. When you set up card reminders, we collect your first name, your email address and the names, occasions and dates you enter, and we use them to email you a reminder before each date. If you also tick the box to get our emails, we add your address to our email list. We keep a record of which form you used and when you signed up.

Customers of our former online store

If you bought from our former online store or signed up for emails there, we moved your name and email address to the service we now use for email. We only send marketing emails to people who agreed to get them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Information collected automatically

This website is hosted by Webflow. Like most websites, its servers record standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. The site may also use cookies that are needed for it to work properly.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read and which links they click, such as links to Amazon. It uses cookies and sends this information to Google. It does not tell us who you are. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Spam protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them. Cloudflare looks at technical details from your browser to do this.

Saved in your browser

Some features, like the card sets you viewed recently and the parks you tick on our National Parks Checklist, are saved only in your own browser. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Content from other companies

Some pages include content from other companies, such as our Spotify playlist and our web fonts. Those companies may receive your IP address and may set cookies under their own privacy policies.

Buying on Amazon

We do not sell products or take payments on this website. When you click a link to buy a card set, you go to Amazon, and your purchase is handled by Amazon under its own privacy notice. Some of our links include Amazon Attribution tracking codes. These let us see how many visits and sales came from our website in total. Amazon does not give us your name, address or payment details through these links.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and send our emails, and only as needed for that work, or when the law requires it. Our forms are received by Webflow, which hosts this site, and passed to GoHighLevel, which stores your contact details and sends our emails on our behalf. Google provides our website analytics.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the uses above, or until you ask us to delete it.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

Every email we send has a link to unsubscribe, and you can use it at any time. To ask what information we have about you, or to ask us to delete it, email info@twigspaper.com.
