We make the card and leave the words to you.

A card with a poem printed inside has already decided what you think. Those cards get read once and set aside. The ones people keep in a drawer for years are almost always the ones somebody wrote by hand. Nobody has ever saved an email in a shoebox.

So every Twigs Paper card is blank inside. That leaves us in charge of three things: the artwork on the front, the paper it is printed on, and a little help with the words when they will not come.

Where the look comes from

Our designs lean toward the outdoors: national parks, birds, butterflies, sea animals and wildflowers, with the easy feel of a summer at the lake or a night at camp. Next to those sit the cards people ask for most: dogs by breed, cats, thank you notes, sympathy cards and Christian cards with a cross or a Bible verse.

Some sets have twelve different designs and others repeat a few favorites. Each product page says which, so you know what is in the box before you buy.

The paper

Every card is printed with non-toxic inks on heavy cardstock made from 100% recycled paper and comes with its own recycled envelope. Twigs Paper is FSC certified (FSC® C109137), and every set ships with no plastic in the packaging.

Help with the words

A blank card only helps if you know what to put in it. This site has message guides for birthdays, sympathy, thank you notes and dozens of other occasions, a Message Finder that suggests wording by occasion and recipient, a guide to addressing an envelope, and free reminders so the card goes in the mail on time.

For offices, clinics and churches

A boxed set is meant to live in a desk drawer, so there is a card ready when you need one. That also makes the sets a good fit for vet clinics, churches, realtors, teachers and small businesses that send thank you notes by the dozen.

Where we sell

Twigs Paper sets are sold through our Amazon store, which handles delivery and returns, and they have more than 3,000 reviews there. This site is where you can see every set, find the right words, and then buy on Amazon.

Small on purpose

We would rather make a few things well: blank cards, recycled paper, artwork we like, and an envelope for every card. Thank you for writing to the people you care about, and for still using the mailbox.
